After Saurabh graduated from Subharti Physiotherapy College in 2004 he worked at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital gaining extensive experience in various sub specialties including orthopedics, trauma and sports medicine. He has also completed a Fellowship in Sports Sciences which enabled him to understand sporting injuries more comprehensively.
In 2008 he completed his MSc in Applied Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) at Sheffield Hallam University in England, and on returning to Delhi continued in sports medicine and spine surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. He has been fortunate to work with leading surgeons in Delhi and extensively treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and spine rehabilitation.
Over 15 years of experience his special interests are shoulder, ACL and ankle injuries plus he is keen to analyze uncontrolled movements which can result from muscle imbalances or poor joint biomechanics, and then use manual therapy and exercise to restore body mechanics, he also completed World Rugby International Level 1 First Aid in Rugby course.
Recently, has completed a comprehensive shoulder course from the London Shoulder Clinic enabling him to become a tutor for the Shoulder course and also clinically work on the evidence based Shoulder approach of Dr. Jeremy Lewis. Saurabh also has keen interest in the male pelvic health since he started encountering a lot of musculoskeletal and post-surgical patients with issues related to the male pelvic floor.
In addition, he is also an NLP certified practitioner which allows him to work with his clients to bring about positive changes in their own life.
Neha graduated from Delhi University in 2006, and in 2008 completed a Masters in Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation from Jamia Hamdard University. During her 11 years of experience she has been fortunate enough to work with a leading sports medicine clinic in Delhi where she was trained in manual therapy including spine and peripheral joint manipulation. During her time with Prohealth Asia she has been associated with the Indian Open Golf and also as the on tour Physiotherapist for the Hongkong Women's Cricket Team. She also specialized in treating back pain and working with elite sports people in golf, running, tennis, cricket and swimming.
She is very experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions and is especially interested in dry needling techniques for pain management.Her forte lies in managing back, hip, knee, shoulder and neck pain using evidence based practises in manual and exercise therapy.
Ankush graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore and is a Certified Manual Therapist (CMT) and a Diabetic Educator.
In his 8 years of working as a physiotherapist, he has gained experience in a broad range of specialties including orthopaedics, neurology, and pediatrics. He now specializes in managing and prevention of musculoskeletal injury including physical screenings for athletes. Along with soft tissue and manual therapy skills, his other expertise is in counselling clients to help them understand the way their body functions and how best they can take care of themselves either as a sportsperson or as the general public. He also performs ergonomics sessions specifically designed for the corporate workplace.
As a part of his job while working with Prohealth Asia he has been the official Physiotherapist for Panasonic open INDIA, Golf Tournament 2017 & AB Bank Bangladesh Open, 2018, Hero Indian Open Golf tournament in 2017, Yonex – Sunrise India open 2017, Badminton Tournament. He worked closely with National Hockey Academy Delhi, Under 19 hockey players 2017- 2018.
Ankush holds a World Rugby international Level 1, Level 2 and Medical Educator certification to teach First Aid in Sports, with an emphasis on managing on-field spinal fractures and concussion in trauma sports.He has provided pitch-side care as a physiotherapist for the rugby match hosted by Rugby India between the KES, Birmingham school boys, United Kingdom (U18 and U16 age group) and Delhi Rugby team.
He was a part of the physiotherapy team assigned to the Delhi Dynamos Football Club ISL 2018-2109.
Manvi graduated from Amar Jyoti Insititute of Physiotherapy, University of Delhi and later attained her Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy from Central University (Jamia Millia Islamia). After she finished studying worked at a sports specialist clinic in Delhi followed by a job with the CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) working full time with their sports teams as a sports physiotherapist. She specialized in judo, weightlifting, taekwondo, wrestling, gymnastics and athletics.
She is now working with Prohealth Asia and was involved with the national Junior Shooting team (Shotgun). As the team's physiotherapist she accompanied the Indian Contingent to ISSF Junior World Cup Shotgun, Porpetto Italy, ISSFWorld Championship Moscow, Russia in 2017 & ISSF Junior World Cup Shotgun Championship , Sydney , Australia in 2018. She has been a part of the official Physiotherapy team for various Golf events such as Panasonic Open, India 2019 , Bangabandhu Open , Bangladesh 2019 and Hongkong Open 2019 to name a few.

Deepika has trained professional A-level athletes on the Indian golf, tennis, cricket, football and hockey circuits. She has conducted over 150 wellness workshops plus worked with people of all age groups in the general population with a special focus on rehabilitation and functional training.
Her specialties include helping clients recover from long-term pain and discomfort by stabilising and strengthening their bodies and making them fit and functional for life and leisure. Many things lead people to her from postural problems, musculoskeletal imbalances to chronic fitness issues. She plays a critical role post physiotherapy rehabilitation by helping clients to continue improving their strength and conditioning thus ensuring faster recovery, long-term correction of problems and reduced risk of repeat injuries.

Realizing its importance, Sanskriti has taken up the mantle to facilitate the performance of sportspersons through Sport and Exercise Psychology.
She completed her Bachelors degree from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi in 2015, followed by a M.A. in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi. Sanskriti, a gold-medallist in M.A. Applied Psychology at the University of Delhi, is a versatile, analytical and a hardworking individual with a jovial personality.
Sanskriti is one of the very few sport psychologists in India with a post-graduation in Sport and Exercise Psychology from University of Portsmouth accredited by British Psychological Society.
A badminton player herself, she enjoys working with athletes and is looking forward to helping them enhance their performance via training on psychological skills. After all, Sanskriti can vouch from her personal experience that talent may let you win some games, but its management ensures continued excellence!
Nitisha Sethi graduated from University of Delhi specialising in Orthopaedic as well as neurological conditions later attaining certification in Neurodynamic solutions which is recognized by world renowned Michael Shacklock, South Australia. She has also attained a certification in an Orthopaedic Manual Therapy .
Nitisha gained experience working at one of the leading spine clinics in Delhi which specializes in neck pain and treatment of spinal problems.
She has special interest in rehabilitating people with disabilities and hence volunteered in the NGO action for Self-Reliance and Alternatives. She also conducted the wheelchair propulsion training in disabled friendly model polling stations during the Lok Sabha Elections of 2014.
