After Saurabh graduated from Subharti Physiotherapy College in 2004 he worked at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital gaining extensive experience in various sub specialties including orthopedics, trauma and sports medicine. He has also completed a Fellowship in Sports Sciences which enabled him to understand sporting injuries more comprehensively.

In 2008 he completed his MSc in Applied Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) at Sheffield Hallam University in England, and on returning to Delhi continued in sports medicine and spine surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. He has been fortunate to work with leading surgeons in Delhi and extensively treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and spine rehabilitation.

Over the years of experience his special interests are shoulder, ACL and ankle injuries plus he is keen to analyze uncontrolled movements which can result from muscle imbalances or poor joint biomechanics, and then use manual therapy and exercise to restore body mechanics, he also completed World Rugby International Level 1 First Aid in Rugby course.

Recently, has completed a comprehensive shoulder course from the London Shoulder Clinic enabling him to become a tutor for the Shoulder course and also clinically work on the evidence based Shoulder approach of Dr. Jeremy Lewis. Saurabh also has keen interest in the male pelvic health since he started encountering a lot of musculoskeletal and post-surgical patients with issues related to the male pelvic floor.

In addition, he is also an NLP certified practitioner which allows him to work with his clients to bring about positive changes in their own life.

Neha graduated from Delhi University in 2006, and in 2008 completed a Masters in Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation from Jamia Hamdard University. During her many years of experience she has been fortunate enough to work with a leading sports medicine clinic in Delhi where she was trained in manual therapy including spine and peripheral joint manipulation. During her time with Prohealth Asia she has been associated with the Indian Open Golf and also as the on tour Physiotherapist for the Hongkong Women's Cricket Team. She also specialized in treating back pain and working with elite sports people in golf, running, tennis, cricket and swimming.

She is very experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions and is especially interested in dry needling techniques for pain management.Her forte lies in managing back, hip, knee, shoulder and neck pain using evidence based practises in manual and exercise therapy.

Deepika, an alumnus of PGIMS, Rohtak (BPT) and MMU, Ambala (MPT), is a dynamic and compassionate physiotherapist with specialized expertise in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, dedicated to optimizing the respiratory and cardiovascular function of patients. As a former assistant professor and researcher in MMU, Ambala, she has high interests in academics and research and committed to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research, guidelines, and advancements in her field.
She firmly believes that movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional and mental states. Having multiple publications to her credit and having worked in one of the best corporate hospitals in the country, she is dedicated to combine the best of academics and research into clinical care.
With special expertise in breast cancer rehabilitation, she is adept at addressing the unique physical challenges and impairments associated with breast cancer treatment, including lymphedema, reduced range of motion, pain, and fatigue. Proficient in providing manual therapy, exercise prescription, and lymphedema management techniques to promote recovery and enhance overall well-being.
She is a strong advocate for patient education and collaborative care, fostering open communication and teamwork among multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Shana, graduated from CSJMU, Kanpur, followed by her masters degree in sports, from MMDU, Ambala.
She is passionate about integrating evidence - based practice into her work, which is underscored by her involvement in several research projects during her academic tenure.
In addition she holds a certification in Pilates, which she incorporates into her practice to enhance flexibility, core strength, and overall physical well-being among patients.
Her professional journey has been further enriched by hands-on experience in various clinical settings, working with athletes as well as with the general population.
Shana is dedicated to delivering personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each individual, employing a multi-disciplinary approach to achieve optimal outcomes.

After graduating from Delhi, Sangeeta completed her Master's of Physiotherapy in Women's Health from  University in Jaipur. She is committed to enhancing the well-being of women through specialized care. 

With a focus on prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and the management of conditions like urinary incontinence and pelvic pain, Sangeeta combines her academic knowledge with a compassionate approach. Her mission is to empower women to regain strength, mobility, and confidence through evidence-based treatments and personalized care plans.

Her approach is a harmonious blend of academic rigor and empathetic care. Drawing from her extensive training and experience, she tailors each treatment plan to suit the unique needs of her patients, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

Manvi is a dedicated physiotherapist. After graduating from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi ,she gained extensive experience at a renowned hospital in Delhi. Her expertise spans across outpatient and inpatient settings, specializing in gynecological, oncological, and orthopedic physiotherapy, including post-surgical rehabilitation and critical care support.

Transitioning to a renowned neuro rehabilitation center in Delhi/NCR, Manvi showcased her expertise in addressing diverse cases in neurology, pediatrics, and orthopedics, including cerebral palsy, stroke, and various musculoskeletal conditions.

With a passion for evidence-based practice, Manvi has published a research article in a Scopus-indexed journal focusing on women's health. She is registered with The Delhi Council of Physiotherapy and actively participates in conferences and continued medical education to stay abreast of industry advancements. 

Manvi is a quick and avid learner with efficient time management and strong communication abilities. Her compassionate and empathetic approach makes her a valuable asset in any healthcare team.

Maria,a  Physical therapy graduate from DPSR University with a passion for enhancing lives through movement and exercise.

Her forte lies in managing injuries,pain management, occupational stiffness and aches especially back and neck aches.

A qualified physiotherapist, Natasha pursued a Masters Degree in Sports .She is experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions and especially back , neck and other spine related cases. Her special interest involves management of disc herniation, disc extrusion and radiculopathies and has helped many patients prevent spine surgery.She has treated people in all stages of life to recover from injury, reduce pain and stiffness, increase mobility and movement and maximize function and quality of life, incorporating physical, psychological, emotional and social wellbeing.

Natasha has gained extensive experience working in a renowned spine clinic in Delhi. She enjoys acquiring new skills and exploring different domains. She believes in combining passion and knowledge to heal.  She has also attended various sporting events providing physiotherapy cover to athletes on field. 

Kamei is a soft tissue release specialist and a foot reflexologist. Kamei has excellent skill in stress reduction, improving mobility, and health restoration through concentrated soft tissue techniques. Additional knowledge of foot reflexology helps in relaxation and well-being. Compassionate and individualized in care, Kamei works toward the attainment of good health and a better quality of life for each client.

Kim is a very talented soft tissue release expert. Her targeted techniques improve joint movement and reduce muscle tone. The foot reflexology procedure used by Kim helps clients to overcome discomfort. With her skills, Kim has the ability to help you return to your initial status while feeling your best.

In sports, not everything is about technique, game-plan, practice and strategy. A lot depends on the situational acclimatization of the scenario that plays out on the field. But such aspects are usually not given enough attention. Realizing its importance, Sanskriti has taken up the mantle to facilitate the performance of sportspersons through Sport and Exercise Psychology.

She completed her Bachelors degree from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi in 2015, followed by a M.A. in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi. Sanskriti, a gold-medallist in M.A. Applied Psychology at the University of Delhi, is a versatile, analytical and a hardworking individual with a jovial personality.

Sanskriti is one of the very few sport psychologists in India with a post-graduation in Sport and Exercise Psychology from University of Portsmouth accredited by British Psychological Society.

A badminton player herself, she enjoys working with athletes and is looking forward to helping them enhance their performance via training on psychological skills. After all, Sanskriti can vouch from her personal experience that talent may let you win some games, but its management ensures continued excellence!

Charu Shankar is an actor, with a passion for maternal wellness, and a certification in Pre and Post Natal Exercise.

Charu is ACE certified, has hosted TV fitness shows for NDTV, was a global instructor with Reebok and Cirque du Soleil, and was formerly heading the Prenatal Wellness department at Rosewalk Hospital. She now divides her time between Mumbai and Delhi, juggling her career in Bollywood with her energetic 8 year old son back home.
