Shrikant is an experienced and well qualified physiotherapist who completed his Bachelor degree in 2006 from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. After working in the area of sports physiotherapy he was appointed as the physiotherapist for the Men’s National Hockey team of India, a position he held for 7 years travelling both nationally and internationally until 2013. After relinquishing this job he completed his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Curtin, Perth, Australia in 2014 and then returned to hockey in the position of Head Physiotherapist; H.O.D Athlete Rehabilitation for Hockey India which hethen held until December 2016.
Included on his resume of elite events are the Olympic games at London 2012, Rio Olympic games 2016, New Delhi Commonwealth games 2010, Guangzhou Asian games 2010, FIH Hockey World- Cup New Delhi 2010, Junior Hockey World Cup Singapore 2009, Hockey World league 2015, 2012 Champions Trophy Melbourne, and Asia Cup in 2007, 2009 and 2013.
During his stay in Perth he was involved with the Kookaburras (Australian Hockey team), the Australian Institute of Sports programme based at Perth, and assisted the Western Australia under 15’s and Under 13’s for their National Championships. Recently he was also the physiotherapist for the Ranchi Rays team in the Indian Hockey League.He has completed a Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy accreditation by the Board of Cricket Control of India (BCCI)
Shrikant has now bought his wealth of knowledge to Prohealth Asia as their Clinical Director of Education and recently he was at the first Asia games Palembang, Indonasia, representing the Asia tennis federation.
After Saurabh graduated from Subharti Physiotherapy College in 2004 he worked at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital gaining extensive experience in various sub specialties including orthopedics, trauma and sports medicine. He has also completed a Fellowship in Sport Sciences which enabled him understand sporting injuries more comprehensively.
In 2008 he completed his MSc in Applied Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) at Sheffield Hallam University in England, and on returning to Delhi continued in sports medicine and spine surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. He has been fortunate to work with leading surgeons in Delhi and extensively treating musculoskeletal conditions, sport injuries, and in spine rehabilitation. His special interest are rotator cuff, ACL and ankle injuries plus he is keen to analyze uncontrolled movements which can result from muscle imbalances or poor joint biomechanics, and then use manual therapy and exercise to restore body mechanics.
Neha graduated from Delhi University in 2006, and in 2008 completed a Masters in Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation from JamiaHamdard University. During her 8 years of experience she was fortunate enough to work with a leading sports medicine clinic in Delhi where she was trained in manual therapy including spine and peripheral joint manipulation. She also specialized in treating back pain and working with elite sports people in golf, running, tennis and swimming. She is also associated with a women’s running group she teaches about better running techniques and injury free running.
She is very experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions and is especially interested in dry needling techniques for pain management.Her forte lies in managing back, hip, knee, shoulder and neck pain using evidence based practices in manual and exercise therapy.
Ritika completed her postgraduate Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2012. She then worked at Max Super Specialty Hospital in Patparganj followed by 4 years at a well reputed private clinic in Delhi which specializes in sports, musculoskeletal and Repetitive Strain Injuries.
Ritika’s area of expertise is in the assessment phase identifying muscular imbalances, postural malalignments and locating the weakest link of the body or in the kinetic chain of movement especially in the athlete. She has a special interest in Clinical Pilates as a strong rehabilitation tool and particularly for stability training in athletes, while advocating counseling to educate people on the various active ways to deal with their problems, and
making them aware of the changes they need to make to be fit and attain success.
She has worked at the Indian Open Golf event and Sunrise Super Series Badminton tournaments.
In 2008 Diwangana qualified as a physiotherapist and in 2010 completed her post-graduate Masters in Musculoskeletal Orthopaedicsfrom Meerut University, Utter Pradesh. Since then she gained extensive experience while working at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi for 8 years which included management of orthopaedic and spinal cases, women’s health and extensive rehabilitation of sports injury patients. She is especially interested in Clinical Pilates.
Since joining Prohealth Asia she has worked at the Indian Open Golf event and Sunrise Indian Open Super Series Badminton.
Ankush graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore and is a Certified Manual Therapist (CMT) and a Diabetic Educator.
In his 6 years of working as a physiotherapist he has gained experience in a broad range of specialties including orthopedic, neurology, and pediatrics. He now specializes in managing and prevention of musculoskeletal injury including physical screenings for athletes. Along with soft tissue and manual therapy skills his other expertise is in counselling clients to help them understand the way their body functions and how best they can take care of themselves either as a sports person or as the general public.
He also performs ergonomics sessions specifically designed for the corporate workplace.
Manvi graduated in from Amar Jyoti Insititute of Physiotherapy, University of Delhi and later attained her Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy from Central University (Jamia Millia Islamia). After she finished studying she has worked at a sports specialist clinic in Delhi followed by a job with the CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) working fulltime with their sports teams as a sports physiotherapist. She specialized in judo, weightlifting, taekwondo, wrestling, gymnastics and athletics.
She is now working with Prohealth Asia and involved with the national Junior Shooting teams.
After qualifying in 2010 Amrinder worked at top Delhi NCR facilities including Fortis Multispecialty Hospital, Noida and VIHMANS Hospital. This gave her broad experience working in multiple specialties including orthopaedics and outpatients musculoskeletal and sport injuries. She has attended several workshops obtaining certification in manual therapy and learned advanced techniques such as Mulligan, Muscle Energy Technique, and Kinesiotapinglevels KT1 and KT2.
In 2012 she started her Masters in Physiotherapy-Musculoskeletal programme and was posted to Sports Injury Centre, Delhi, and after graduation worked in a Mumbai sports physiotherapy clinic. In 2015 she joined Jaypee hospital as a senior physiotherapist enhancing her expertise with musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
